Carlos 'n Charlie's is must-see entertainment for 'Cruisers'
Cancun, Q. Roo, Mexico - Set your vacation on cruise control and let Carlos'n Charlie's do the rest. Let's face it, there's no wrong way to get to Carlos 'n Charlie's. But if you're lucky enough to get here by cruise ship, be sure to prepare yourself for even more fun and first-class treatment.

Carlos 'n Charlie's restaurants are always ready with an extra special touch. In fact, you might even be privy to your own personal flaming shrimp dance from the restaurant's spirited employees.

"Since the 1960s, Carlos 'n Charlie's has been one of the most popular destinations when visiting ports of call like Cozumel, Cancun, Acapulco and Aruba, " said David Krouham, CEO of Grupo Anderson's. "We treat cruise ship guests like family which helps them make their cruise experiences that much more enjoyable. We can also provide a friendly face in a foreign place where new visitors may feel that everyone is a stranger."

Carnival cruise ships including the Destiny and the Fascination recommend Carlos 'n Charlie's as a must-see destination stop in the company's newsletters. Visitors to any of the chain's 12 locations will find there's always a new friend waiting to talk, or a gracious employee who knows the town and will offer to help tourists find just the right island attractions. Before their departure, visitors can email Carlos 'n Charlie's at virtualconcierge@andermail.com to receive tips about their destinations and even plan meals and entertainment.

"Whenever I'm in Mexico, I always visit the nearest Carlos 'n Charlie's restaurant," said vacationer April Prinze. "It's always a good time and a great memory."

Each Carlos 'n Charlie's is an experience onto itself with an extensive menu including Mexican foods such as Fajitas and Grilled Chicken Tacos alongside American BBQ Ribs. There are tasty signature drinks, seafood, pasta, soups, salads and appetizers to get the party started.

The fun atmosphere is a tribute to Carlos Anderson, gregarious founder of the restaurant chain as well as its Cancun-based parent company, Grupo Anderson's, which is Mexico's largest restaurant group. Grupo Anderson's currently operates seven restaurant brands throughout Mexico, the United States, Europe, the Caribbean and South America. Other popular concepts include Senor Frog's, which made its U.S. market in 2005 and El Shrimp Bucket, a seafood concept.
