Filet in papillot with spinach, diabla sauce, provenzal butter, with cheese au gratin, garnished with rice and vegetables.

"El Fisho" Madrazo
Covered with chipotle, spinach whole cream and cheese au gratin.

Drunken Fish (We cook this one with tequila, so imagine.)

Oven Baked Salmon
Covered in black sesame crust and served with sautéed mushrooms and balsamic glaze.

Shrimp Mignon (Just like his cousin the filet but with shrimp)
Served with rice and chipotle creamy sauce.

Grilled BBQ Shrimp
Shrimp filled with cheese and wrapped in bacon, garnished with a baked potato and a corn on the cob.

A dozen oysters served with lemon, onion, green chili, cilantro and cocktail sauce on the side

A dozen oysters au gratin with Monterrey Jack cheese, chipotle, whole cream and spinach.

Rockefeller Oysters
A dozen oysters au gratin with Monterrey Jack cheese, whole cream and spinach.

Diabla Oysters
A dozen oysters served with Diabla sauce made with ham, bacon and Tabasco sauce.

Cardenas Oysters
A dozen oysters au gratin with provenzal butter.
