MC

General Goal:

Organizes and participates in entertainment together with the DJs and entertainers.

Responsibilities:

• Organizes entertainment based on the type of customers in the restaurant that day/night.
• Puts together contests and dances.
• Uses proper language while speaking on the microphone.
• Respects the guests, never makes them feel ridicule.
• Mingles with and entertains guests; makes sure they have a fun time.
• Maintains communication with the Mandil Gire, Entertainer and DJ.
• Reports any needed equipment maintenance to the Mandil Gire. Follows the daily Gire Schedule.
• Establishes and maintains an enjoyable environment for the guests.
• Works together with all personnel according to the itinerary of the day.
• Picks up any trash. Organizes anything that might be out of place.
• Clocks out at the end of his/her shift. Picks up any trash or papers found lying around.
• Puts back in its place anything that is out of place.
• Carries out any task or job suggested by managers or those that are necessary to keep our standards of quality and those that are needed to keep our guests happy.
• Carries out all the activities written in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
• Knows the Quality Policies.
• Works towards achieving all quality goals.
• Helps out with constant improvement of all procedures.
