General Goal:

Promotes the bar sales, as well as the special drinks shots, Jell-O shots, etc

Job Description:

• Arrives on time in a clean pressed uniform according to the Procedure Personal Appearance and Hygiene Standards.
• Reports to immediate superior upon arrival. Clocks in.
• Attends briefing with all personnel and Mandil On Duty before beginning her/his shift.
• Always has on hand (3 pens, 1 lighter, 1 flashlight, button or name tag, whistle and 1 shot glass) belt.
• Sells drinks from the prepared bottle, jell-o shots, beer or the promotional drinks assigned.
• Opens a bill with the Mandil On
• Duty for her first bottle and/or jell-o shots.
• Requests her funds.
• Asks the Internal Auditor for help to remove any excessive cash she may have.
• Closes her shift bill and makes the cut at the end of the shift.
• Gives sales receipts to the guests.
• Does not sell alcoholic beverages to underage kids or those that have already had too much to drink.
• Up sales.
• Attends choreography practices when asked by her immediate superior.
• Sales to the guest by greeting them and always interacting with them in a warm and cordial manner.
• Respects the guest's decision when they don't want to buy what she is selling.
• Actively participates in the entertainment of the restaurant, when she is asked to do so.
• Works as part of a team. Clocks out at the end of his/her shift.
• Picks up any trash or papers found lying around.
• Puts back in its place anything that is out of place.
• Carries out any task or job suggested by managers or those that are necessary to keep our standards of quality and those that are needed to keep our guests happy.
• Carries out all the activities written in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
