General Goal:
To develop entertainment and supervise the composition of the entertainment crew as well as develop and coordinate parties.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews the entertainment checklists.
- Makes sure that the Cabin Opening and Closing Checklist has been applied.
- Creates the schedules for the MC´s and DJ´s.
- Coordinates choreography, gires, videos, music and costumes.
- Maintains contact with Operadora via andermail in order to stay up to date with new entertainment ideas.
- Supervises monthly cabin inventory.
- Makes bi-weekly costume inventory.
- Makes party task lists and distributes responsibilities to the departments involved.
- Creates new gires together with the entertainers involved.
- Makes an annual theme - party calendar.
- Makes a weekly Gire Schedule.
- Devises contests and dances. Mingles with the guests.
- Establishes and maintain an enjoyable environment for the guests.
- Works together with the Service area according to the itinerary of the day.
- Holds meetings with the employees from the Service and Bar area concerning new entertainment ideas.
- Clocks out at the end of his/her shift.
- Picks up any trash or papers found lying around.
- Puts back in its place anything that is out of place.
- Carries out any task or job suggested by managers or those that are necessary to keep our standards of quality and those that are needed to keep our guests happy.
- Carries out all the activities written in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
- Knows the Quality Policies.
- Works towards achieving all quality goals.
- Helps out with constant improvement of all procedures.
