Genaro Dispa, born in Mexico City, began in the restaurant business 25 years ago. He had always been attracted to the Anderson’s concepts, so when he was invited to an interview with David Krouham and who enchanted Genaro to join the team, he did so as Manager of Carlos'n Charlie's San Angel. He successfully worked his way up by taking any opportunity on his path. After working at Mama Roma in Mexico City, he moved to Panama as part of the staff at Carlos'n Charlie's and Señor Frog's. Later on, he moved back to Mexico, but this time to Cancun responsible for the opening of the new Carlos'n Charlie's Cancun. Few years later he was leading the opening of the brand new Shrimp Bucket Cancun. Due to his wide experience in the concept; to his leadership and training abilities, he's Brand Manager for Carlos’n Charlie’s, Shrimp Bucket, Squid Roe & Mama Roma.
