General Goal:
Create the audiovisual and lighting atmosphere according to the mood of the night.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in daily gire activities.
- Fills out the Cabin Opening and Closing Checklist on a daily basis.
- Stays up to date on new music and top 10 Billboard lists; providing musical feedback to corporate DJ.
- Keeps all work material complete and in good shape. Keeps the cabin clean.
- Makes a monthly cabin equipment and cd´s inventory.
- Reports any maintenance needed by the equipment.
- Plays appropriate music.
- Plays videos.
- Helps provide the band's needs whenever needed.
- Coordinates lighting.
- Makes sound system checks. Coordinates the gires and events with the MC.
- Actively participates in the creation, planning and start-up of parties and gires.
- Clocks out at the end of his/her shift.
- Picks up any trash or papers found lying around.
- Puts back in its place anything that is out of place.
- Carries out any task or job suggested by managers or those that are necessary to keep our standards of quality and those that are needed to keep our guests happy.
- Carries out all the activities written in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
- Knows the Quality Policies.
- Works towards achieving all quality goals.
- Helps out with constant improvement of all procedures.
Specific Area of Know-How Required:
- Up to date knowledge on music, audio and video.
